I’m Andy Ball and I am a Gas Safe Qualified plumbing and heating engineer who serves the local Worcestershire area. Having established AB Plumbing Ltd in 2003, I have been able to grow the business successfully by delivering a continuous high standard of plumbing and heating services throughout the Worcestershire area
I keep up to date through attending relevant courses with Worcester Bosch, Baxi, Ideal and Viessman, Honeywell and many more. This ensures that I can bring the latest products, techniques and servicing throughout installation and maintenance work that I undertake.
I believe my focus on achieving a high standard of customer service is attributable to the continued success of the business, and as a result I have been able to attract and retain many clients for repeated business. Also I am developing new relationships through referrals and recommendations.
Overall this has meant being able to offer my customers a consistent and reliable service from the solid foundation of an established professional and local business.
I carry out all sorts of jobs which varies from fixing a tap washer to installing a full central heating boiler, radiator and pipework. There is no job too small, and I am happy to give you an honest and open opinion of what is best for you as the customer.
My Gas Safe qualification enables me to work on natural gas domestic pipes, boilers, cookers and hobs, and fires.
